Your monthly plan credits refill each cycle and do not roll over. Credits you buy as top up packs do roll over and stay valid for 12 months. We always spend the credits that expire soonest first, so nothing you paid for goes to waste.

If you cancel a paid subscription, all remaining credits - both unused plan credits and any rollover credits from top up packs - expire at the end of your current billing period. They do not carry over.
